    3. Equipment Used: Identify the type of service or equipment used—Self-Service Wash Bay, Vacuum Station, or Car Care Vending Products.

    Reasons for Refund

    1. Equipment Malfunction: Proof may be required.
    2. Unsatisfactory Service: Specifics must be provided.
    3. Overcharged: Must provide evidence such as a bank statement or transaction history.

    We do not provide refunds for:

    1. Change of Mind: No refunds will be issued for services you decided you didn’t need or want.
    2. Failure to Follow Instructions: Refunds will not be issued for damage or unsatisfactory service resulting from not following posted or provided instructions.
